Delivery Information
All orders placed for delivery are assessed a ten dollar delivery fee.
We offer delivery four days a week to most locations in and around the city centre. Deliveries are always made in the afternoon between the hours of noon and six pm. When placing an order, you will be prompted to select your preferred delivery date and time on the checkout page. All orders must be placed twenty-four hours in advance of your preferred delivery date, and in instances when all delivery slots on a given date have been booked, that delivery date will no longer be available for selection. Unfortunately, same-day delivery is not available.
It is sometimes possible for us to make deliveries outside our normal delivery area for an additional fee. However, such orders cannot be processed via our website. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss the possibility of placing such an order.
We recommend you choose a delivery date and time when the intended recipient will be present to receive the delivery. Due to our busy delivery schedule and the perishable nature of flowers, it is not possible for us to attempt re-delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the flowers will be left in the most appropriate available location. Delivery is considered complete at this point.
